From the Italian lettura — reading — joined to -ia, the ancient suffix of places and homelands: Italia, Arcadia, the countries drawn at the edges of old maps. Letturia is the land of reading.
It isn’t a metaphor we reached for. It is the product itself. At the heart of Letturia lives a map of readers and their circles, scattered like lanterns across the world — so the name doesn’t merely describe the place, it renders it. Every pin is a town.
